Our Second IVF

After seeing my OB and telling him about my first IVF cycle, he referred us to the largest clinic in the state of Indiana.  We went down to see our new RE.  The office was clean and immaculate.  The staff was wonderful.  Our doctor listened to everything we had to say and told us that we should have been monitored more closely and been given Ganirelix, a medication to stop ovulation, during my first cycle.  Since we are male factor infertility, they felt the only test they needed to do was a semen sample.
After the semen sample in their office, I was called and told there was a problem and we need to go to the main office in Indianapolis to do a semen sample.  We did.  Later in the week, we were told that everything was fine and we could proceed with my next cycle.  We did in May of 2012.
I stimulated great.  16 eggs were retrieved. 9 were mature.  However, we only had 2 motile sperm.  They ICSI'd my eggs with the 2 moving and the rest with non-moving sperm.
The next day I received a call from the lab that only the eggs injected with moving sperm had fertilized.  This cycle was also negative.
When we went down for our follow up appointment, we were told that our first semen sample in the RE's satellite office had no live sperm in it.  When we went to Indianapolis to do our second sample, they said he had a count of 50,000.  DH has never ever had a count like that, ever.  300-400 max.  The RE accepted no responsibility and said sometimes this happens.
I'm angry about this cycle.  My husband and I decided to see a male factor urologist.  Something that should have been done in the beginning.  When you have such a low sperm count quality comes into play.
We stayed with our fertility clinic because it was across the hall from our urologist. I did not want to, I have a ton of resentment.  I feel they should have offered some discount for their mistake.    Our urologist had suggested doing a TESA. So, it was easier to stay with our clinic and do our third cycle...  Infertility is hell.
